Privacy Policy

What we collect. Account identity (name, email) via our authentication provider; the exchange API keys you connect (encrypted at rest, trade-only); bot configurations and the trading activity they generate; support conversations; and standard operational logs.

What we do not do. We do not sell personal data, run third-party advertising trackers, or custody funds. Exchange secrets are never displayed back after connection and never leave our infrastructure unencrypted.

How data is used. To operate the service: executing your bot configurations, showing your performance, sending the notifications you enable, billing your plan, and keeping the platform safe (rate limiting, abuse prevention).

Retention and deletion. Deleting your account removes your bots, exchange keys, positions, and personal profile from our systems; aggregate operational logs may persist briefly in backups before rotating out.

Processors. We rely on a small set of infrastructure processors (hosting, email delivery, authentication, on-chain payment processing). Each receives only what its function requires.

Your rights. You can export your trade history (CSV from any bot page), correct your profile in Settings, and delete your account in Settings at any time. For anything else, open a Support ticket.
